Review- Ocean Actives Topical Deep Water Squalane Skin Moisturizer

Ocean Actives Topical Deep Water Squalane, a highly-concentrated moisturizer, soothes and nourishes your skin.
This all-natural Deep Sea Secret:
~Reduces the appearance of fine lines and wrinkles
~Smoothes and softens the texture of your skin
~Hydrates and soothes dry, rough skin

First, it’s pronounced squa-lon (and is the same ingredient found in our built-in skin regenerator), but I think it should be called liquid silk. When I first squirted a few drops onto my palm, I thought, “Hmmm…it really is an oil. How’s that going to work with my mineral powders and my silk pillow cases?” I didn’t have to worry. Not only is it silky, it’s like air. My skin didn’t drink it in as much as it seemed to breathe it in, and loved it. I’d ordered the one scented with real lavender, so got two skin soothers in one. After a few days (and nights), I noticed my skin was definitely smoother and brighter. Those little lines were getting less noticeable by the day. I started using it on my neck, décolletage, and hands…sometimes my arms. I put some on my face while a guy was “visiting” and asked him if he wanted to try some on his face. He said, “No, but you could give me a massage with it.” I Don’t Think So.

I order from Dr. Susan Lark’s website.
One of her ads said the 2oz. bottle would last for a month. My bottle lasted for almost four months, which to me was nothing short of a miracle (the guy, however, was gone after the second date).

A 2oz. bottle costs $34.99, but she offers a discount shipping plan and usually runs a special for three bottles at a nice savings. If one bottle lasted nearly four months for me, three would almost cover a year. Where’s my debit card?!

I have been using this product for nearly a week. My mother loves it and left it with me on a visit. (She told me she must REALLY love me to share her squalene with me!) LOL!

It feels like baby oil going on, and at first I thought "ick!" but the oily feel is soon gone as the skin inhales it.

I have been using it at night before bed, but I just came online to research it and see if it can be used under makeup. I haven't found that out yet (does the OP use it under her minerals?) I would have to say I do like this product. I don't have a lot of lines to start with, but I those I have are much less noticeable now I think. It definitely makes your skin very soft and smooth.

I think it is important for everyone using this beauty product by Dr. Lark to know that the squalane she uses comes from shark livers. Many shark populations are severely depleted worldwide, especially deep sea sharks in the Mediterranean from which Dr. Lark obtains her squalane. Squalane can be obtained from other sources such as olives which is much more environmentally friendly. Do NOT buy this product.

Squalane is present in human bodies that aids in guarding the skin. It has many health benefits like, it rejuvenate, nurture, moisturise and increase oxygen supply to the skin. It is non-greasy version of moisturisers, repairs cracks. It relieves skin eruptions, pigmentation, dryness, eczema etc.

I was at work today,(therapy) and noticed how beautiful one of the patient's skin was. Said she used Ocean Actives squalane.. she had it with her, and let me try some. I used it under my eyes. Later that day when I looked in the mirror, the lines under my eyes were smoothe! I am almost 50. I had written product down earlier; so I went home and ordered it online! Cannot wait to get this product in the mail!! Totally impressed:)
