Helps repair split ends.I had high hopes for this product as anything that can cut my drying time is a Godsend in my eyes. While it did cut my drying time, It left my hair rather limp. I think if I wore my hair straight, this Prep would be a good thing, but I don't. It has a pleasant smell and I like the fact that it protects my hair while I blow dry, I just wish it didn't rob me of the volume I like in my hair.
