Review- Arrojo Volume Foam

LIGHTWEIGHT AND VOLUMIZING TO LIFT, THICKEN, AND SUPPORT ALL HAIR TYPES, AND ESPECIALLY LIMP OR LIFELESS HAIR. A GREAT FOUNDATION PRODUCT WHEN STYLING LONG HAIR. SIZE: 125 ML. / 4.2 FL. OZ. $15

When it comes to hair, my philosophy tends to be the bigger, the better. And this Arrojo Volume Foam did not disappoint. Usually whenever I try volumizing products, my hair often ends up much flatter and heavier instead. Not so with this Arrojo foam. It is light enough to uphold even the flimsiest of hairs, and does provide the fullness, bounce, and volume as promised. Be warned though, because you will get big hair. Which is in many ways a good thing! I do have long hair, and the more I used the product to cover all strands, the more it lifted all areas.
And if it works on me, I have no doubt it will work for others, as I have very, very stubborn hair. My only concern is that it seemed to have dried out my hair a little, so I had to add a small layer of hair silkener/serum to smoothen out my locks. For the volume itself, I will say it is definitely worth it. Big hair and all!

Review - Goldwell Double Boost Rootlift spray

Makes hair feel thicker and stronger-ideal for fine hair
Alcohol free

The other day, while at the hair salon I asked my stylist what her favorite product in the whole place was. This Goldwell Double Boost Rootlift spray was her answer, she had not used it on my hair so I couldn't be sure, but she GAVE me the end of her bottle to try because she loved it so much. It did not dissapoint. I have used this kind of product by different companies and I was never completely satisfied with the end result. My hair would look dirty at the root because of the product. None of the previous issues occurred with Goldwell, I absolutely loved the end result. My hair is bouncy and full of volume, and smells just like when you leave the salon. It doesn't take a lot of skill to use (which is great for me!) because the mousse is very easy to apply and just a touch will create a lot of volume and bounce. The best part, I think, of the whole deal is that it is alcohol free so it doesn't dry out my hair at all. I am absolutely loving this product, my only problem is it is almost gone!!! I will definitely be reordering very soon.

Review - Arrojo Volume Foam

Lightweight and volumizing to lift, thicken and support all hair types and especially limp or lifeless hair. A great foundation product when styling long hair. The more you use, the more you volumize. $15

This is one of Nick Arrojo's ("What Not To Wear") product line. I hoped it would work as he does wonders with the hair he works on during the show. It did not disappoint! I have used many volume foams and some seem to add unnecessary weight to the hair which actually makes the hair flatter. This really does seem to add body to the hair when styling it. I have actually used more of this product than others when styling because of that factor and do get a 'more volume' look. Since I have had good luck with the products I have used in this line I will definitely be looking at some of his other products. So far his products do perform as advertised.
