I also have the e.l.f. flat eyeliner brush and it works perfectly as well. They sell the entire e.l.f. line at certain 99 cent stores in NYC (there is a store locator on their site). The only drawback is if it's not sold near you the shipping is a standard $6.95. There are often promotions on the site and elsewhere online like spend $20 and get free shipping so do a search. As far as the make-up goes, I feel it is good quality, you just get a little less than you would with your average cosmetics. I.e. the pans are smaller and shallower. All e.l.f. products are cruelty-free and they are partners with the Humane Society & PETA. You simply can't get better quality for the price!
